We offer classes for all ages (4+) and levels! Your first class with us is always free to try.

Class Descriptions
Youth
Kids Classes are divided into groups by age. Please check times and days accordingly.
Distinctive Warriors is a small class geared toward youth ages 10+ with diverse abilities.
Teen Classes are for ages 13+ of all levels.
First class is always free to try for youth and adult beginners!
Adults
Absolute Beginners Class is for new students and current students with a focus on fundamentals.
Beginners Class is for new students and current students who want to focus on technique and skill building.
Mixed Level Classes build on basics and encourage developing stronger skills. Not recommended for brand-new students.
Intermediate Class is for 6th corda and above only. This is an advanced, faster-paced class.
Everyone
Music Class focuses on learning how to play capoeira instruments and sing capoeira songs in Portuguese. This class is open to all students. Please bring your own instrument if you have one.
Roda is open to all. Uniforms encouraged.
